Join us for a magical afternoon exploring the farmstead in early fall, sipping wine, exploring the dairy and the gardens, learning how to arrange flowers while snacking on charcuterie and artisan gelato fresh from the creamery. You'll learn our Love Always signature wild-flower arranging style from professional florists while enjoying the charming atmosphere of the Cows & Co. farmstead, local dairy farm and creamery café in Carrington, North Dakota.

Part dairy farm tour, part flower arranging class, all relaxing and inspiring quality time spent on this Dutch inspired central North Dakotan farmstead with friends! Come solo, or bring a flower bud. This workshop is best suited for ages 15+.

We’re thrilled to be co-hosting these special events with the van Bedaf family in Carrington, North Dakota!

Founder and owner of Cows & Co. and Duchessa Gelato, Maartje (van Bedaf) Murphy was born on her family's dairy farm in the Netherlands and moved to the U.S. at the age of 7. Her family now operates a dairy in central North Dakota, where Maartje and her team have been transforming milk into artisanal gelato and a new line of artisanal gouda cheese made in the Dutch tradition.

Recognized on Forbes 30 under 30 list in 2021, Maartje has created a charming farmstead that offers guests a serene escape and an authentic taste of the Netherlands.
