Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our product, Love Always Floral is only able to guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 3 days. We've outlined a few best practices below that will help you prolong the life of your arranged stems.

Flower Care

• Top off with water as soon as receiving your arrangement
• Keep out of direct sunlight and away from drafty areas of your home
• Remove individual flowers as they begin to fade so that your remaining blooms stay fresh
• Keep wilting leaves or stems out of your vase to help curb the spread of bacteria
• Change the water of your arrangement every other day, and use additional flower food as needed
