We're looking for production assistants and studio support teammates with a "can do!" attitude, creative problem solving skills, an eye for detail, who don't mind rolling up their sleeves and getting dirty! 🌸💪🏻

Schedule

• Must be available some weekdays between the hours of 9:00am - 2:00pm. (Busy wedding/event dates given in signifcant advance. Flexibility is encouraged, and hours are not guaranteed.)
• For example: We have busy production weeks and may need you two or three days in a row, whereas the following week, we only need you once!
• The month of May marks the start of our busiest stretch, with steady momentum through August. September brings a bit of a breather before an exciting October finale.
• Our team will take time away from the studio the week of July 4th to spend quality time with family/friends. 🇺🇸

Responsibilities

• You'll be in charge of processing incoming shipments (unboxing flowers, removing unwanted leaves/thorns, hydrating, proper labeling and storage.)
• Organization, communication and cleanliness are crucial parts of this role. You'll help keep our studio running smoothly during busy wedding/event weeks by prepping and managing workflows for our designers.

Requirements

• You must be able to lift 50+lbs. climb stairs, bend, lift, and twist without discomfort. (Trust us, this job is a lot less glamourous than Instagram makes it seem!)
• In addition to any flower allergies, be mindful of our studio cat, Luna! 🐾
• Reliable SUV/Van + Clean(ish) Driving Record

We're looking for helpers with a "can do!" attitude to jump on board with us for a handful of busy weekends this spring/summer/fall.

Schedule

• We wake up early and we work hard, but we laugh A LOT and have fun bringing beautiful designs to life for our couples.
• Scheduling is primarily on Fridays + Saturdays. (Busy wedding/event dates given in signifcant advance. Flexibility is encouraged, and hours are not guaranteed.)

Requirements

Love Always Floral is on the move again this year!

We're looking for local content creators in the Bismarck, Dickinson and Black Hills areas to help us capture behind-the-scenes moments, highlights and details during our busy wedding weekends.

Requirements

• You'll meet us on-site, and spend the day taking photos and shooting video of our set-up for social media.
• You may be asked to jump in and work alongside our team to create beautiful things together on a tight timeline! And help keep our design teams fueled, by making coffee/lunch runs when needed. (We trust your local recs.!)
• Apple/iPhone users preferred. Brief training with our social media manager, Katie, is provided!
