We're seeking part-time seasonal studio support and/or weekend crew! Here's the scoop:

• We teach on the ground - no experience necessary!

• We design for weddings, corporate events, and all the projects in-between.

• Everyday looks different - and that's how we like it! Some days we're flowering, some days we're painting, some days we're building with our hands - and we're always messy.

• Every project looks different, and can at times be challenging. We work together to problem-solve and support each other through every project, big and small.

• We believe in ourselves and our team. We expect a lot from ourselves and our team. We cheer each other on and lift each other up. We work hard, and we're proud of the work we do.

• We work hard, and we PLAY HARD. We love to celebrate our team for every occasion, a good themed party, laughing all day, and our shop is always covered in confetti.

• Hard-working, trustworthy, & inquisitive

• Passionate, positive, and kind

• Eager to learn and quick on your feet

• Available to work two weekends each month

• Up for a challenge

• Willing to get your hands dirty (and let's be real, your clothes & shoes too) - we make pretty yet messy work!

• Not afraid of heights (we're always up in the air on ladders + lifts!)

• Ready to take a power tool for a spin

• Comfortable working in large spaces and with a variety of mediums (fun fact: we work with so much more than just flowers! Fabric, spray paint, wood, chicken wire, pool noodles - you name it, we've designed with it)

• Have a driver's license and reliable transportation (with the nature of our work, some projects require travel within the greater FM region)

• Not opposed to confetti (just wondering)
