We’re seeking two members to join our crew in the specific roles described below.
PROJECT + DELIVERY LEAD:
We’re looking for a hard-working, self-motivated, and capable team member who is ready to lead daily projects with efficiency and care. This role works alongside our Business + Operations Manager to manage multiple tasks at once, communicate with clients and customers, oversee the team’s daily deliveries + designs, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Duties may include:
- Leadership + communication with the team
- Managing daily floral deliveries (preparing routes, organizing staff, overseeing designs, communicating with customers)
- Learning the basics of floral design
- Assisting with team culture management (party planning + confetti galore!)
- Organizing floral orders for small events (graduations, baby showers, birthdays, etc.)
- Organizing + managing rental items
- Assisting with wedding designs + planning
- Data entry
- Making people smile through the power of flowers!
We're looking for a team member who is:
- Passionate, positive, + hardworking
- Organized
- Detail-oriented
- Adaptive
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Reliable and proactive
- Efficient, self-motivated, and confident with time management
- Eager to learn + quick on their feet
- Available to work at least two Saturday mornings each month
The details:
- Part-time / full-time flexibility
- Hourly position
- Hours ranging from 25-40 per week
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work weekends required
- Role begins in June

INSTALLATION COORDINATOR:
Whether it’s a permanent community installation or a one-day event, we’re looking for a handywoman/man ready to hop in with a can-do attitude. Specifically working with non-floral mediums and artist-made décor, this position will focus on artistic installations in all forms and sizes. We’re always learning new skills and materials, therefore every project is different — and often challenging. From photo backdrops to large designs hoisted into the air and many different projects in-between, this role requires grit and being comfortable with heights.
Duties may include:
- Working on ladders and lifts
- Building using many different mediums
- Painting/spray painting
- Using power tools
- Tearing down or mending projects
- Trips to the hardware store
- Hot gluing, mixing concrete, being an engineer for the day, and more!
- Creating unique experiences for our community!
We're looking for a team member who is:
- Passionate, positive, + hardworking
- Handy
- Detail-oriented
- Adaptive
- Comfortable with power tools
- Has a creative + artistic eye
- Familiar with crafting + building
- Thinks outside the box
- Eager to learn + quick on their feet
- Able to lift over 20 pounds
- Not afraid of heights
- Available to work at least two Saturday mornings each month
