We're seeking seasonal designers/studio support/weekend help for upcoming busy wedding weeks + weekends

Here's the scoop:

• We teach on the ground - no experience necessary!
• We design for weddings, corporate events, and all the creative projects in-between.
• Every day looks different - and that's how we like it! Some days we're flowering, some days we're painting, some days we're building with our hands. We're always on the move and surrounded by beauty!
• Every project looks different and can at times be challenging. We work together to problem solve and support each other through every project, big and small.
• We expect a lot from ourselves and our team. We cheer each other on and lift each other up. We work hard and are proud of the magic we create for our clients.

• Eager to learn and quick on their feet
  
• Passionate, positive, and kind
  
• Available to work at least two Saturday mornings a month - this is a requirement
  
• Willing to get their hands dirty (and let's be real, their clothes & shoes, too) - being a florist is not as glamorous as Instagram makes it seem!
  
• Not afraid of heights (we're always up in the air on ladders + lifts!)
• Comfortable working with a variety of mediums (fun fact: we work with so much more than just flowers! Fabric, spray paint, chicken wire, pool noodles... you name it, we've designed with it!)
  
• Willing to take a power tool for a spin
  
• Have a driver's license and reliable transportation (with the nature of our work, some projects require travel outside of Fargo/Moorhead)
