The Love Always Floral team in Bismarck, North Dakota was honored to be a part of the design planning + flowering process for the North Dakota Inaugural Ball at the Bismarck Event Center benefitting the Great Plains Food Bank and the North Dakota FFA.


The theme was "Swinging into a New Era" - with a classic Americana baseball vibe.

THE ENTRANCE HALLWAY

The hallway leading into the event featured pennant banners custom-designed by LA Bismarck owner Janelle - a nod to all of the past North Dakota governors!

THE OVAL ESTATE BARS

The oval estate bars were the very heart of the event design process.

Mocked up + designed by Janelle, the bars were custom-built from start to finish and brought to life by the incredible team at Gathered. They executed the vision PERFECTLY. Seriously, what can't they do?!

The bar was complete with a built-in baseball bat shadow box, of course!

THE BASEBALL WALL

The next project was Janelle's incredible idea for an alternative to a traditional "guest book" - a wall of 276 vintage baseballs for guests to sign, attached to a North Dakota-shaped board - handcrafted by the geniuses Gathered.

PHOTO WALLS

built + designed by Gathered and the Love Always team!

THE MAIN STAGE

We wanted the main stage to feel like an outfield wall at Wrigley Stadium.
Boxwood, smilax, and 600 square feet of greenery made the arena feel like a lush ballpark.

THE VIP LOUNGE

With the arena and stage being our "ballpark", we wanted the VIP Lounge to give garden/estate clubhouse vibes.

The lounge featured soft-seating areas, high-top cocktail tables, + a private bar.

Each bar and hedge were custom made by Gathered! ✨
